Refund & Returns Policy

At Lishas Bites we take great care in baking and packaging our treats to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. 

As our products are fresh, perishable goods, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind after purchase.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect or does not meet out usual standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will be happy to resolve this with either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Please Note:

- Refunds or replacements cannot be issued if the delivery was delayed due to incorrect address was given.

- We are not responsible for items that have been left outside or undelivered due to no one being available to receive them.
