Processing times

All of our bakes are freshly handmade to order. Please allow 1- 3 business days for your order to be baked, packed and dispatched. We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.

Packaging & Freshness

Your brownies are carefully packaged to stay safe and fresh during transit. As out treats are perishable, we recommend that someone is available to receive the delivery.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking details will be sent via email also.

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by postal services, weather or other factors outside our control.

Incorrect addresses

Please double check your delivery details at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed, lost of returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged Parcels

If your treats arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel with photos so we can put things right.

Refunds and replacements can only be issued in line with our refund policy.
